1.What is Carbon fiber yarn?

 
The carbon fibers contain high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios, carbon fabrics are thermally and electrically conductive and exhibit excellent fatigue resistance. When properly engineered, carbon fabric composites can achieve the strength and stiffness of metals at significant weight savings. Carbon fabrics are compatible with various resin systems including epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resins.
 
◆How to  electic ?
 
Conductive Yarn is made by polyester yarn plated by carbon fiber . The carbon fiber’s ohmic resistance is less then 20 ohm,So that is why it can be functioning of electic.

Predominant Antistatic Performance ]  

With a unique independently-developed technique, the electro-conductive medium (such as electro-conductive black carbon) is dispersed in the conventional fibre-forming polymers in a critical concentration produced by high temperature electronic tunnel effects, reaching or even exceeding the performance of imported products. Only 0.5-3% products added in the common fabrics can diminish the static electricity to the neglected extent. The SUPRAM, also different from the modified chemical fibre, is required absorbing the moisture in the air to reduce the resistance, fully conductible in the dry ambience.
Extensive Usage ]

In common fabrics, especially in the clothes of chemical fibre and wool species which are easy to produce static electricity, you can add some electro-conductive fibre of SUPRAM to reduce dust absorption and remove static electricity, improving the comfort of the garment.
